I am a forward deployed engineer. That means I do not sit behind a product roadmap. I sit in the room with the customer, usually a founder or a small team, and build the thing while they watch. Then I stay long enough to see what breaks.

Most of what breaks is not the model. It is the gap between what a founder thinks they bought and what is actually running. Someone was promised an AI assistant and got a chat box with no memory. Someone shipped a feature that leaks other customers' data through a prompt. Someone is paying four figures a month for a demo nobody uses. Almost none of that is a technical failure. It is a translation failure.

So I write the translation down. Everything here is aimed at the person signing the cheque, not the person writing the code.

What I work on

OmniforceAI. I build and deploy AI systems for customers directly, and I work on RankAgent, our product for AI search visibility. That is the discipline of getting a business named when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity a question, rather than hoping a blue link still counts for something.

Riya. A product I build and ship on the side. It is where I learn things the hard way before I write about them, which is the only order that produces anything worth reading.

Kahani Ghar. Stories, told properly. Not everything I make is software.

Why this site exists

It is also an experiment. I am running RankAgent on myself, in public, to see whether writing at volume gets a domain named by the models. Ten questions, three models, checked every month, published whatever the result. The scoreboard is here, and the first run was all red. If it stays red, that gets published too.
